- Delivery times are estimates and the Company will not be liable for any delays.
- The Company’s electricians will perform the installation as scheduled. Customers must ensure access to the site and readiness for installation.
- Only under 3KW installation is free. Rest will depend on market and conpany decision.

- Products come with a manufacturer’s warranty as specified at the time of purchase.
- Returns and refunds are subject to the Company’s return policy, available on request.

12. Payment and working process syncing
- After verbal confirmation with customer via call or message. We will send you draft price(this will include solar panel, inverter, battery, standard security device , rough wiring cost) to your mail and contact number.
- After that confirmation our engineer will visit your place and give you the exact receipt of all material.
- You need to pay 40-50% instantly via cash or bank or other methods that day (engineering site visit day).
- After that around 20 days we will take for installations.
